The chamber is comprised of people who are committed to improving the economic climate and quality of life in the Greater Ronkonkomas. Welcome to Ronkonkoma!
Dear Business Colleagues and Neighbors,
We are so lucky to live on this beautiful Island with so much to do. Long Island has beautiful wineries, farm stands, beaches and street fairs that are perfect for an autumn day trip. If you feel adventurous catch a train to NYC and enjoy the many street fairs, museums and everything the city has to offer. Just don’t stay in the house!
The Chamber’s September meeting was held at Chamber member Ciao Bella restaurant. Our guest speaker was Steve Levy, Of Counsel, from Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP. Steve spoke about goal setting and implementing those goals, followed by Q&A. It was a great meeting and the attendees left with valuable information to implement in their business. Thanks go out to Steve who has been a long time friend of the Chamber. And “molte grazie” to Ciao Bella for the delicious dinner.
Our 10th Mega Street Fair was once again a success. Thank you to our sponsors: Tax & Financial Services of New York, Maggio Environmental Services and Beeway Transportation. Many attendees came to the Chamber booth and commented on the poor condition of Hawkins Ave. – pot holes, etc. We have been in contact with the Town of Brookhaven about this and will keep you posted on their plans.
